Media Release:

Long-time partners, OTM and Integral will build an end-to-end brand, digital and customer experience offering that’s not readily available in the Australian market.

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA – 28 April 2021: Award-winning Australian digital company, Integral Technology Solutions Pty Ltd ( has acquired respected independent Brisbane agency, The OTM Company (OTM) ( in a private sale that will see the two organisations build a formidable, customer-first offering across brand, marketing and digital experience.

The two companies have long recognised the need in Australia for an alternative to the traditional brand or digital agency model and the ICT or technology services provider model to meet clients’ strategic needs across brand, customer, digital and ICT.

“We believe the acquisition uniquely positions Integral and OTM in the market as one of a very small number of companies that can execute a digital or brand transformation where the customer is front and centre,” said Integral founder and CEO, Cameron Tuesley.

Founder and Managing Director of OTM, Amy Ward added: “Our clients want to work with a creative and digital partner who they can trust.  A partner who doesn’t just do as it is asked, but who offers the best advice, delivers end-to-end creative, digital and technical solutions, and who puts its customers’ strategic business goals first.

“With Integral’s deep technical and data capability and OTM’s strategic and creative brand capability, we can offer the full spectrum of services our clients really crave: creative, reliable and adaptable solutions across the entire customer journey. Now, with a single partner, our clients can get the compelling brand, marketing and digital front-end experiences they need to engage their customers plus the robust back-end technology solutions to make those brand promises a reality. This is so important in today’s connected and ever-changing digital world.”

Lara Thompson, Executive General Manager – Marketing and Communication, at HELP Enterprises congratulated the two companies on the acquisition: “Congratulations to the OTM team on joining up with Integral. OTM has helped HELP Enterprises evolve its digital marketing practice and capabilities to keep pace with our changing environment.  We really enjoy working with OTM and look forward to learning more about the depth and breadth of expertise the merger brings.”

Integral and OTM have a strong history of delivering digital experience projects including joint clients such as Stadiums Queensland, Churches of Christ Queensland, Griffith University, nti, the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources and more.

OTM and Integral are both trusted advisors and suppliers to clients across all levels of government, corporate clients, small to medium enterprises, start-ups and community service providers.

Bringing the two organisations closer together allows clients to leverage the partnership to access deep brand, creative and technical skills and expertise to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions across the full spectrum of the customer, brand, data and technology lifecycle.

The OTM Company (OTM) brand will remain active and clients will continue to work with the OTM team without disruption. The OTM team will co-locate with the Integral team in its headquarters in Spring Hill in Brisbane.
