Australian technology services leader Integral acquires independent brand, marketing and digital agency OTM.

BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA – 28 April 2021: Award-winning Australian digital company, Integral Technology Solutions Pty Ltd (www.integral.com.au) has acquired respected independent Brisbane agency, The OTM Company (OTM) (www.theotmcompany.com) in a private sale that will see the two organisations build a formidable, customer-first offering across brand, marketing and digital experience.

The two companies have long recognised the need in Australia for an alternative to the traditional brand or digital agency model and the ICT or technology services provider model to meet clients’ strategic needs across brand, customer, digital and ICT.
